That’s why DM Event Services offers a tailored range of options to take care of your event needs from concept to completion. When we can’t supply a service in-house, we work with tried and trusted associates who have proven their expertise in a range of supporting areas from print and design to staging and audio visual presentation.
Although we can take a consultancy role, our core business is full project management, taking the strain off you entirely.
We start by working closely with you to establish a clear brief – so we both know exactly the aims and objectives we are setting out to achieve. Then you can sit back and let DM Event Services look after everything.
- We can ensure budgetary control by accurately identifying every detail of expenditure. Perhaps we can help you find a sponsor?
- We can organise a venue, a keynote speaker, information packs for guests, delegate badges and promotional gifts.
- We can arrange for stage sets, audio visual displays, lighting, sound, event branding and pre-publicity. We also help prepare PowerPoint presentations and invitation databases.
- We can provide full on-site management on the day and even help you assess the success of your event once it is over.
